Responsibilities:
-Develop state-of-the-art trading application infrastructure.
-Analyze, design and implement FIX Gateway.
-Lead a team of highly talented developers by performing employee reviews, setting individual goals, and coordinating training/career development.
-Be responsible for resource management and project planning.
-Analyze and estimate feasibility, cost, and time.
-Identify and manage cross system dependencies.
-Work with other development teams and support to resolve issues.
-Lead training sessions for other development teams and technical support staff.

Qualifications:
-7+ years commercial software development experience.
-Strong experience with C/C++ development and object oriented design.
-3+ years managing teams of 8+ developers producing client/server software.
-Hands on leadership skill.
-Be highly involved in design and architecture.
-BS Computer Science required; M.S. or M.B.A. is a plus.
